In Any Situation

"He who trusts whatever Allah (swt) has chosen for him to be good will never wish to be in any situation other than what Allah (swt) has chosen for him." — Imam Hassan (as)

There is a particular kind of peace that doesn't come from everything going right. It comes from somewhere deeper, from genuinely believing that what you have been given is exactly what was meant for you. That's what this hadith points to. Not passive resignation, but a full and open trust that settles something in the chest.

It's one of those reminders that is easy to read and takes a lifetime to really live. But even just sitting with the words does something. It loosens the grip a little. It makes the present moment feel less like something to escape and more like something to be held within.
